Out of district experience is not considered for salary advancement. Out of district starting wage is: $16.74. Salary advancement will be given at the rate of 1.5% above the starting salary for each year in which the employee worked an average of 20 hours per week or more. *We have updated our salary schedule for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year and the pay in this posting reflects the new pay rates. These rates will be starting July 1st.*
In-district-like experience for job transfers, in the same job level, will be given at the rate of 1.5% above the starting salary for each year in which the employee worked an average of 20 hours per week or more, consecutive years. In-district job transfers, changing to a new job level, will be given a horizontal move to that level for each year in which the employee worked an average of 20 hours per week or more, consecutive years. The in-district wage range is: $16.74 - $25.23.
