Job Summary: 

The Head Dance Coach is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the high school dance team. This role includes planning and conducting practices, choreographing routines for performances and competitions, supervising students at events, and will aid in the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence. The head coach is responsible for collaborating effectively with a team comprised of teachers, administrators, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, District office staff and members of the community.
