Position Summary: The Master Building Technology Coordinator delivers responsive, service-first technology support throughout the district. This position is the key link between technical systems and the people who rely on them every day, helping ensure that staff and students have the tools, access, and assistance they need to succeed.
The Master Building Technology Coordinator works closely with the Director of Technology, Instructional Technology staff, Building Technology Coordinators (BTCs), and the Network & Systems Administrator to resolve technology issues, manage district technology assets, and support district communication systems. Through strong customer service, clear communication, sound judgment, and dependable technical support, this role helps foster a culture of helpfulness, trust, and effective use of technology across assigned buildings and district sites.
