Come join Garfield School District RE-2! We are currently seeking Permanent Substitute Teachers for this year! A Permanent Substitute Teacher may be assigned to one building, four days per week. The Permanent Substitute Teacher may be asked to perform a variety of duties throughout the day and may not be assigned to only one classroom throughout the workday. The Permanent Substitute Teacher may work with the Special Education population.

 

The Permanent Substitute Teacher will work Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm each day.

You must obtain a Substitute Authorization License issued by Colorado Department of Education before you are eligible for employment with Garfield School District Re-2.

It can take 10-12 weeks for Substitute Authorization applications to be processed through the Colorado Department of Education for this licensure.
