Certified Teacher Position Information: License Cheat Sheet

Are you interested in becoming a teacher but don't have a teaching license? We might have some options for you!

Path 1-Alternative Licensure- If you have a bachelor's degree, we can enroll you in an online, alternative licensure program that is low cost with high level training!

Path 2- Long Term Substitute- Only requires a sub license and you would receive on the job training: Sub license

Path 3- Apprentice Teacher of Record- If you are interested in completing your bachelors degree and becoming a teacher, the Colorado Department of Education is partnering with the Department of Labor to create a Teacher Apprentice Program. This program is aimed to allow aspiring teachers to earn their bachelor's degree while gaining on the job training.
