Position Summary: Responsible to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.  Provides instruction relating to the physical and instructional needs of new language learning pupils in an ELL/bilingual setting. Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Responsible for working effectively with a team comprised of paraprofessionals, teachers,administrators, parents and District office staff with the purpose of providing quality educational services for each and every student, each and every day, without exception.

Salary Range: 

*In District Experience Salary Range: $44,731-$123,977

*No in district experience salary range $44,731-$67,102

Path 2- Long Term Substitute- Only requires a sub license and you would receive on the job training: Sub license

Path 3- Apprentice Teacher of Record- If you are interested in completing your bachelors degree and becoming a teacher, the Colorado Department of Education is partnering with the Department of Labor to create a Teacher Apprentice Program.
