Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination and direction of the financial operation of Garfield Re-2 School District in a manner that complies with applicable laws and regulations and represents a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness. This individual is responsible for all accounting-related activities within the District and supervises and directs the Finance and Payroll Department. In addition, the Controller assists various stakeholders in interpreting and using financial information, including collaborating with the CFO on reporting and presenting to the Board of Education and the leadership team. Reports directly to the CFO.

Salary Range: 

*In district experience range:$83,193-$131,187

*No in district experience range: $83,193-$99,423
